Ready-made Items
We
welcome your purchase of ready-made items, such as gift bells, door straps, fasteners, hardware and leather.
We prefer that you place your order on our website, but you are also welcome to order by phone, fax or email.
If you plan to mail, fax or phone your payment, you can still order online -- just choose the "Call, Fax or Mail Payment" option during checkout.

Please order early for the best selection, especially during the holiday shopping season. In particular, our stocks of antique bells usually sell out in December. Availability of any item is subject to change without notice.
Custom
Orders
To get your sleigh bells restored, please read our "Bell Restoration" section for the best way to get started with your order.
To place an order for general leather goods, please contact us to discuss your project.
Regardless of the type of project, we will provide you with a fair estimate of the
cost to do a custom order, based on our discussions with you.
Sometimes
we realize the actual cost will be higher than our original estimate. If this happens with your order, we will
contact you first for your permission to proceed with the work.

Custom projects and custom-cut leather goods are non-returnable
and non-refundable. If our work is defective or we have made an error, however, we will fix the problem or replace the item at our discretion.
