Paying for an Order

All prices on this website are in US dollars. Customers in the state of Iowa will pay 7% sales tax on all items ordered unless the customer provides proof of tax-exempt status.

Ready-made Items

All orders must be paid in full before we ship. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, e-checks, personal checks and money orders (see below.)

Custom Orders

We request a minimum down payment of $100 for a custom order of $200 and over -- or a down payment of $50 for any order under $200.

Many people enclose a personal check or money order for the down payment with their bells, and some mail their payment separately. Either way works for us. The balance is due when the project is completed and ready to ship.

Others choose to pay with a credit card or PayPal account. We do not bill a credit card or PayPal account until the order is ready to ship.

We accept payments by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Place your order on-line or contact us by phone, fax, regular mail, or email.

Check or Money Order

You are welcome to mail a personal check or money order made out to Classic Bells along with your name, shipping address, phone, email, and order details.

We prefer payment in US dollars, although we can also accept equivalent Canadian-dollar payments at the current exchange rate.

E-Check

We can accept electronic bank debit (e-check) payments if you place an order through our online shopping cart and choose PayPal as your payment method.

Orders will not ship until after your e-check clears in 4-6 days. If you need faster shipping, please pay with a credit card or PayPal balance.

We regret that we cannot process debit card payments.
