Returning an Item
Custom orders Custom projects, custom-cut leather goods, and personalized items are not returnable. If we have made an error, we will repair the problem or replace the item at our discretion.
Ready-made items Ready-made items may be returned for refund or exchange, unless noted otherwise in the product description, if the items are returned in as-received condition and the items are returned within 14 days after receipt. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsiblity. We will issue a refund or exchange only after we receive and inspect the items. Refund will be for the purchase price, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We will not refund shipping, handling, or insurance fees. We will not accept returned items for refund or exchange if the items are:
