Custom orders

Custom projects, custom-cut leather goods, and personalized items are not returnable. If we have made an error, we will repair the problem or replace the item at our discretion.

 

Ready-made items

Ready-made items may be returned for refund or exchange, unless noted otherwise in the product description, if the items are returned in as-received condition and the items are returned within 14 days after receipt. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsiblity.

We will issue a refund or exchange only after we receive and inspect the items. Refund will be for the purchase price, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We will not refund shipping, handling, or insurance fees.

We will not accept returned items for refund or exchange if the items are:

used, worn, dirty, or damaged
...or...
shipped back more than 14 days after you received them

Santa's seconds bells, craft bells, and used sleigh bell straps are sold "as is" with no return or guarantee.
