These sturdy solid-brass antique bells are a variation on traditional Swedish bells. They have a medium-loud sound and a distinctive chiming tone.

We handpick each of our antique gift bells, choosing bells primarily for exceptional sound and then for very good to excellent appearance. Each year, less than 5 of these antique 2XL bells will sound and look good enough to be gift bells.

Even though they are the best of the best, these large antique bells will have visual flaws -- casting defects, hairline cracks, scratches, etc. If you are expecting a visually perfect bell or if you require two or more bells that are closely matched in appearance, you will happier with our smaller antique gift bells or new gift bells.

If you order two or more of these bells, we will do our best to send bells that closely match in appearance and tone, but we cannot guarantee this.

Each bell is buffed to a soft luster and lacquered to retard tarnish. It comes with a sturdy bridle-leather hand strap in our choice of color and a durable red fabric bag (not the stocking shown).
