We strongly encourage customers to place orders using our online shopping cart whether you pay online or by phone or mail. This reduces the chance of errors, increases security for credit card transactions, saves time, and allows us to focus on preparing and shipping orders. If you are purchasing Christmas gifts, please order early for best selection and timely delivery. In particular, our stocks of antique gift bells often sell out very quickly. See also Christmas Ordering Deadlines.
Availability of all products is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity purchased of any item.
To get your sleigh bells restored, please read our "Bell Restoration" section for the best way to get started with your order. To place an order for other custom leather goods, please contact us to discuss your project.
Regardless of the type of project, we will provide you with a fair estimate of the cost to do a custom order. Sometimes we realize later that the actual cost will be higher than the original estimate. If this happens with your order, we will contact you first for your permission to proceed with the work.
