Paying for Your Order
All prices on this website are in US dollars. Payment is required in US dollars.
All orders must be paid in full before we ship. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders (see below for more details).
Down payment with check or money order: For sleigh bell projects, please see our Custom Order Worksheet for down payment information. For other custom orders, a minimum 50% down payment is required. You are welcome to pay with a personal check or money order, either enclosed with your bells or mailed separately. The balance is due when the project is completed and ready to ship.
Payment with credit/debit card or PayPal: As an alternative to a down payment, you may provide a credit or debit card information or your PayPal email address. We will bill your card or send you a PayPal invoice for the final amount when your order is done and ready to ship.
We are required to collect 7% Iowa sales tax on all orders picked up at our shop or shipped to an Iowa address unless the customer provides proof of tax-exempt status.
Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal
Please use our online shopping cart and pay online with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal during checkout. This is the fastest and most convenient, private, and secure way to place an order. Your credit card information goes direct to our payment processor and leaves us out of the loop -- we do not receive any credit card information for payments made online.
You may call, fax, or mail your credit card information to us. Please be aware this is less secure and less private than if you pay online. We will set up your payment using our online shopping cart, just like any other customer would do.
Check or Money Order
The most accurate and efficient way is to use our online shopping cart to create your order. When checking out, choose "Pay by phone, mail or fax" as your payment method. Mail a copy of the order with your payment. Orders will not ship until your payment clears.
We do not accept COD terms. We will not ship an order before payment is made.
