Paying for Your Order

All prices on this website are in US dollars. Payment is required in US dollars.

Ready-made Items

All orders must be paid in full before we ship. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, checks, and money orders (see below for more details).

Custom Orders

Down payment with check or money order: For sleigh bell projects, please see our Custom Order Worksheet for down payment information.

For other custom orders, a minimum 50% down payment is required.

You are welcome to pay with a personal check or money order, either enclosed with your bells or mailed separately. The balance is due when the project is completed and ready to ship.

Payment with credit/debit card or PayPal: As an alternative to a down payment, you may provide a credit or debit card information or your PayPal email address.

We will bill your card or send you a PayPal invoice for the total amount when your order is done and ready to ship.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect 7% Iowa sales tax on all orders picked up at our shop or shipped to an Iowa address unless the customer provides proof of tax-exempt status.

We strongly recommend paying online for the fastest service, best accuracy and greatest security. To pay with PayPal Express, click the "PayPal" button. To pay online with a credit or debit card, click the "Checkout" button and then choose "Credit Card" as your form of payment.

You may call, fax, or mail your credit card information. We discourage this option because it is less secure and slower and has more chance of error. Please place your order online. When checking out, choose "Check or Money Order" as your payment method.

Check or Money Order

Please use our online shopping cart to create your order. When checking out, choose "Check or Money Order" as your payment method.

Print a copy of the order and mail it along with your payment. Orders will not ship until your payment clears.

COD Payment

We do not accept COD terms. We will not ship an order before payment is made.
