Returning an Item

Ready-made items

A ready-made item may be returned for refund or exchange, unless noted otherwise in the product description. The item must be returned in as-received condition and within 14 days after receipt. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsiblity.

We will issue a refund or exchange after we receive the item and verify its condition. A refund will be for the purchase price only; we will not refund shipping and handling fees.

Custom orders

Custom projects, custom-cut leather goods, and personalized items are not returnable for refund or exchange. If we have made an error, we will repair the problem or replace the item at our discretion.

"Seconds" bells, "craft" bells, and used items

Santa's seconds bells, craft bells, and used sleigh bell straps are sold "as is" with no return or guarantee.
