Jingle alert!We package our bells carefully, but they will still make some noise in the package. If you are ordering a bell as a surprise gift, you may want to have us mail your order to your work address, a relative, or a friendly neighbor.

Standard Shipping and
We use USPS Priority Mail for most orders with standard shipping, including all shipments to APO/FPO (military) and Post Office box addresses. Heavy packages may ship via UPS Ground if the cost is lower and a street address is provided.
Standard shipping does not guarantee a delivery date. Please allow about 5 calendar days for standard shipping to the central states and 7 calendar days to the eastern and western states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. In December or during widespread severe weather, delivery may take longer than this -- occasionally as long as 10-14 days.
3-5 Day Shipping and
We use USPS Express mail for most packages. Heavy packages may ship via UPS 3 Day if the cost is lower and a street address is provided.
UPS packages are not picked up on weekends in our small town. Orders received on Fridays will not ship via UPS until the next non-holiday business day -- usually Monday.
2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping
We use UPS 2 Day and UPS Next Day for our fastest shipping methods.

Bill Your Account at or
We can ship via FedEx or UPS and bill the shipping charges to your account. Please provide your account number and the desired shipping method in the Special Instructions box when you check out.
FedEx pickup charges -- FedEx does not have a drop-off location in our small town, so we must schedule a courier to pick up most FedEx shipments. FedEx charges the shipper (that means us, not you) an extra fee for every box the courier picks up. This fee will be added as a handling charge to the cost of your order.
Other Carriers and Cash-On-Delivery (COD)
We do not ship via other carriers. We do not ship COD.

Standard Shipping
We will ship via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Flat Rate International, or USPS Priority International, whichever is cheapest.
US Postal Service (USPS) First Class International can be a cost effective method for shipping packages under 4 pounds (1.8 kg). Delivery times for First Class shipping may be slower than Priority, tracking information is limited, and the delivery date is not guaranteed.
We use USPS Priority International or Priority Flat Rate International for heavier packages. Priority shipping may not provide full tracking outside the US, and the delivery date is not guaranteed.
In our experience, typical delivery times for Priority mail have been 2-3 weeks to Canada, Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden; 3-4 weeks to France; 4 weeks to South Africa; and 5-6 weeks to Finland. Packages shipped during the holiday season usually take longer than this.
Express Shipping
USPS Express International is the fastest and most reliable international shipping method we offer. Express mail generally provides full tracking information for many countries.
In our experience, Express mail has taken 4 to 8 days for delivery starting the day after the package is received by the Post Office.
Bill Your Account to ship via or
We can ship via FedEx or UPS, but you must permit us to bill the charges to your FedEx or UPS account. Please provide your account number and the desired shipping method in the Special Instructions box when you check out.
We will not ship via UPS or FedEx without an account number.
