The "petal" bells on this 9-bell door strap have been hand picked for a clear, musical sound and pleasing appearance.
The bells are over 100 years old. They graduate in size from a generous 2" across (size #8) at the top down to a petite 1" across (size #0) at the bottom. Each bell is legibly marked with its size. These antique bells will have some visual flaws, including casting defects, hairline cracks, scratches, etc. as evidence of their long history. More about our bells...
The dark brown bridle leather strap is 1 1/2" wide and is fully lined with leather on the back. There are solid brass rivets between each pair of bells and a solid brass hanging ring at the top.
Overall length is about X inches long, including the top ring, which has an inside diameter of 2 1/2". The leather strap itself is 1 1/2 inches wide and about Y inches long.
Note: This strap, if hung on a door handle, is long enough that it may get caught as the door is shut.
