Display strap, unlined, 27 petal bells from #10 to #1

This large display strap holds 27 petal bells ranging from a #11 bell at the top (2 3/8" across) to a #1 bell (1 1/8" across) at the bottom. The bells walk down the strap in pairs, except for the smallest bell all by itself on the bottom "tip" of the strap.

The bells date to the late 1800s or early 1900s. They have been cleaned and polished.

The upper half of the strap is about 6" wide. It begins to taper gradually to a point starting about halfway down the strap. The taper follows the outer edges of the bells as they get smaller. The length is about 52" including the 1 1/4" wide buckled fastening at the top. The removable ring adds another 3 more inches.
