Bell Straps and Brackets

Body straps: Long straps buckled around the middle of the horse.

Neck straps: Straps buckled around the horse's collar or neck.

 

Rump straps: Big bells on short, wide straps that go over the horse's back

Saddle chimes, shaft bells, and foot gongs: Bells attached to the harness or a vehicle

 

Hame bells: Bells fastened on the horse's collar

Drops and swingers: Bells on very short straps or small metal brackets
