Antique open bell, 3 1/4 to 4 in.

These cast brass or bronze bells are sometimes called "liberty" bells or "conestoga" bells. The bells were made in the late 1800s through the mid 1900s.

These bells are about 3 1/4" up to 4" across, as measured across the open mouth. Currently, most of these large bells measure 3 1/2" to 3 3/4". All have the original clapper and have a clear, ringing tone. We do not have open bells larger than 4" across.

Most are "one of a kind" styles, although some are nearly identical -- please let us know if you need bells that are similar in appearance.

Sold per each. Quantities are limited and subject to change without notice.

These bells have a loop top, similar to a Swedish bell. A loop-top bell is fastened onto a wide bell strap by passing a narrow leather or metal strap through the loop.
