Antique round ridge bell, rivet base, size #0, 1 in.

Antique "round ridge" bells from the late 1800s and early 1900s. Bells supplied will be approximately 1" diameter and similar in general shape to the bell shown.

This style of bell was produced by a number of manufacturers, so the details of these bells will vary. At least one maker called this a "rim" bell. More about round ridge bells... and More about our bells...

Here is what to expect from the #0 bells I have in stock:

  • There will be no cracks in these bells from use, but there may be casting defects -- small holes from air bubbles or irregularities in the throat (slit)
  • The sound of these bells will vary widely. Due to their size, all have a high pitched, light sound, but some bells have a quiet, faint sound and others are a little louder and more musical

This small bell has a delicate sound in keeping with its size. It is ready to be fastened onto a leather strap with a #10 brass machine screw and matching finish washer. Purchase fasteners here...

Sold per each. Quantities are limited and subject to change without notice.
